Garden of Delights has compilation series called Psychedelic Gems consisting of obscure krautrock bands who released only single or ep. this one was included as well
that's a shame, did they not know they were awesome when they stopped making/releasing music?

Is this not the same German band DOM who released the classic Krautrock obscurity Edge of Time (1971)? Seems a bit of a coincidence. The album has been reissued.
No. These guys play heavy krautrock jams while other DOM I would call a krautfolk band. It's just a coincidence.
